چکیده

Paphiopedilum callosum, villosum and ´ dalatense are endangered species currently listed as Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna Flora (CITES, 2019) Appendix I species. Thus, the international trade for these naturally occurring is forbidden. However, vitro propagated materials their inter-species hybrids forced by breeders can be traded commercial purposes. P. an endemic slipper orchid Vietnam with high aesthetic value. Currently, natural reserves this have been greatly reduced overexploitation. In study, was demonstrated to reversible hybrid between callosum based both morphological molecular markers. possesses intermediate characteristics which could recorded leaf, flower its components such lip, petal, dorsal sepal. There were 23 sites ITS1-5.8S rRNA-ITS2 region sequence possess nucleotide characteristic villosum. two out three investigated samples possessed partial matK gene identical corresponding last sample callosum. Proving essentially scientific base breeding artificial hybridization contributes avoid overexploiting resources.

Genetic Variation Pattern of Iranian Wheat Landraces Based on ISSR Molecular Markers and Morphological Traits

Collection and conservation of germplasm, particularly for landraces of important agronomically species and organizing their information, cause to continuity of their usefulness and reduce the risk of their genetic erosion. In this experiment, 10 Iranian wheat landraces along with the Chinese Spring cultivar, as control, were used to assess inter and intra populations variation by using ISSR mo...

Taxonomic Position and Phylogeny of the Genus Vargasiella (Orchidaceae, Vandoideae) Based on Molecular and Morphological Evidence

Since the description of the Neotropical genus Vargasiella in 1952, its taxonomic position has remained unclear, mainly due to a lack of sufficient data. In this study, the taxonomic position of Vargasiella was revised based on the outcomes of macro- and micromorphological studies, analyses of selected molecular markers and ecological methods of niche distribution modeling. The phylogenetic rel...

Dactylorhiza (Orchidaceae) in European Russia: combined molecular and morphological analysis.

Four plastid and two nuclear (internal transcribed spacer [ITS] ribosomal DNA) markers were used in this study of the Dactylorhiza maculata and D. incarnata complexes (Orchidaceae: Orchidinae) to determine diversity and taxonomic distribution of haplotypes, hybridization frequencies, and maternal parentage of hybrids in 125 samples from 78 populations from European Russia and the Caucasus. A mo...

Study of genetic variation of some Iranian rice (Oryza sativa) genotypes based on morphological traits, physicochemical properties and molecular markers

Assessment of genetic diversity and individual relationships in rice (Oryza sativa) germplasm collections seems to be necessary for future rice breeding program. In order to understand genetic relationships of 30 rice genotypes, nine morphological traits, seven physicochemical properties and twelve RAPD primers were used for study of 30 rice genotypes. Among morphological traits, numbe...

Genetic Diversity of Avicennia Marina in Costal Ecosystems of Southern Iran Based on Molecular Markers and Morphological Characteristics

Iranian mangrove forests provides valuable information to prevent genetic erosion in the gene pool of these ecosystems. The aim of this study was to investigate the genetic diversity among mangrove forests located in four different regions of Iran, based on morphological characteristics and microsatellite markers. Cluster analysis of molecular data, using neighbor joining algorithm classified t...
